Hello! I designed this spotify keyring inspired by The Fifth Element movie stones. It can be printed without supports. Any advice on how to share it so it can be customized?

Share a real file - STLs are basically impossible to edit. Give people a .step file if you can.

I don't see any overhangs so not sure what you would even support.

Thanks for the advice. Will export and share .step file =)

Edit. .step file has been added.

Hi there! I made this custom keyring inspired by the Fifth element Stones. I shared the file on printables (link: https://www.printables.com/model/257253-spotify-keyring-inspired-by-the-fifth-element-ston ) but it currently is loaded with my own spotify code that sends you to hakuna matata song as STL file. I was wondering which file would be better to allow everyone to customize it for their own custom codes or maybe just a phrase. I originally designed it with fusion 360.

Edit: Added .step files as suggested by comments.

I'm pretty sure it's a rickroll.

It's the hakuna matata song. From the Lion King.

Hey, this is really cool. Can you give some details about how you made the model. I am very new to all this so sorry if this is a dumb question.

Hey! thanks! I am by no means an expert. There's people here with way more experience and knowledge than me so probably my method isn't the best, haha. There are multiple softwares to 3d model. Some of them are quite advanced and others are super basic. Tinkercad is amazing and super easy to use. Solidworks, solidedge have a bit of a learning curve. I found that for me, a nice middle ground was fusion 360. From there I just designed a prism with some patterns on two sides, and for the spotify code I used this website to export an svg file of the spotify code. https://www.spotifycodes.com/#create

From there all you need is to export the image in svg format and then import it in your modelling software. I needed to do some patching of the svg file (closing gaps that came with the original SVG exported by the site). After that it was just a simple extrusion/cut of the areas created by the svg curves.
